 Jennifer Stachniak has over 20 years of experience advising U.S. and international clients in intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. 

 

Jennifer has experience in a wide variety of technical fields, including automotive, software, medical device, chemical and biochemical, telecommunications and electronics, oil and gas excavation, and military technology, including:

  • International and domestic patent and trademark prosecution

  • Licensing

  • Invalidity, patentability, non-infringement and opinions

  • German technical translation

Jennifer has worked as U.S. counsel for corporate and law firm clients based in Germany and throughout Europe to provide U.S. representation for patent and trademark matters in a variety of technical fields.  With a German language background, Jennifer provides clients with the ability to translate and work with German correspondence and technical documents.
