He has a proven track record of creating and implementing very profitable global IP protection, enforcement and monetization strategies for a Fortune 300 corporation with world-wide presence. Mr. Lachuk is exceptionally effective in all aspects of IP strategy development and implementation including business focused patent portfolio enhancement, enforcement litigation and licensing as well as strategic evaluations of competitors' portfolios, freedom-to-operative assessments and successful product re-design/design-around collaborations in numerous advanced technological arts including medical device technologies.
Mr. Lachuk has a proven ability to create and successfully implement global IP strategies in conformance with strategic corporate business goals. He is creative, proactive, and a strategic thinker with excellent business judgment, problem solving, communication and organizational skills; regularly briefing senior executives, corporate boards and managers on broad ranging IP matters impacting business goals while creating and implementing IP training programs and content for an entire company of over 30,000 scientists and business professionals.

Prior to joining Johnson, Marcou & Isaacs, Mr. Lachuk was the Director, IP Law Group, Deputy General Counsel and Vice President for Legal at Science Applications International Corporation, San Diego.
